Now and then, we are bound to get depressed sometimes,
perhaps, our presentation are going to the sea ( kelaut2),
or maybe because we didn't manage to get a good grade in exam,
or sometimes, we can be easily depressed by how slow the driver infront of you drive.
Depression are bound to happen. How you deal with it is more important
At first, I thought I should write this post formally. You know, like when I do about perfectionist. But then I realized people who read this post are probably stressed out, so a formal post will not be suitable.
AT is not good at writing informal, so lets invite Kecik to present our topic of the day. Give a big hand! (merapu)
Hi all. Ok ha..how to handle stress.
First, you must know why you are stress loo..
If you dont know, how wan to solve ma..
Some problem, you think it is not big but actually it is.
For example,
Hei you..Ya you over there.Come here, hold this glass of water.
Ya..you with the green shirt.come2..hold this.
Kecik: Now tell me, is it heavy?
Green Shirt Girl (GSG) : Nope. It's quite alright.
Kecik: Good. You strong aa..See got muscle so big..
Wait summore ( some more ) ya..
GSG : Getting quite heavy..
Kecik : How come? same amount of water what..
GSC : I've hold it for almost a minute. Of course it hurt. Try holding this for an hour I might get hospitalized.
Kecik : So, how are you going to solve it?
GSC : Are you kidding me. Just let the glass down, the pain will go away.
Ha..You see You see. You can see it or not?
The water (burden) is small, but when you hold it to yourself and did not 'put the glass down'.
*AT comes and slap Kecik*
AT : What are you ranting on about. People might get confused lah. Let me continue the post.Huh
Ok,back to the topic.
it's the same weight, but the longer you hold it, the heavier it becomes
And that's the way it is with stress management. If we carry our burdens all the time, sooner or later, as the burden becomes increasingly heavy, we won't be able to carry on
As with the glass of water, you have to put it down for a while and rest before holding it again. When we're refreshed, we can carry on with the burden
The term 'put down' means stop worrying all the time. All your problem at work, leave it at work.
Share your problems with someone else. ( but make sure the person is trustworthy ) .
Sometimes, you tried so hard to solve a problem. You tried and tried and still couldn't solve it. Sometimes, you just have to rest, and tackle the problem at better time.

I'M CONSIDERED AS ONE OF THE GELABAH PEOPLE IN THE WORLD. 0.0
wait, first of all, what is my glass? *thinking*
huhu..me too
mine are:-
1. Fail exam akhirat
2. Fail exam dunia
>.<
meaning that our action to put the glass down will solve the problem? how about hold the glass with your hand and put your hand on the table? sometime, the burden is responsibility, cannot put it down, but you can always get support from every direction! (^^)
Thanks for your post. We all struggle. I was uplifted by reading and watching this http://www.lds.org/general-conference/2013/10/like-a-broken-vessel?lang=eng
